As of this article I am on a mission to archive the best workouts for each body part, so that way you don’t have to look like me, and I don’t have to look like me, standing in the middle of the gym pulling up several articles and videos deciphering between the quality of a movement. These lists won’t be all the workouts one can do for a certain body part but rather, the ones based on my research and experience that yield the best results.
The Back
Your back plays an important role in your upper body mobility. A strong back can improve your posture, reduce chances for injury, contribute to balance, improve your stability, core, and overall strength. Major muscle groups that make up the back consist of the latissimus dorsi or lats, trapezius, and rhomboid muscles. In addition to getting stronger and being more functional, another benefit of building your back is the unique aesthetic it creates for your body profile. Your lats widening, waste tapering, and the definition of your shoulder muscles and trap and neck curvature will be displayed in a way that exemplifies some of what makes you special physically.
