Limit Distractions
Distractions will throw you off your game. That is what they are designed to do. They want to take your attention away from something. A distraction wants your attention because what you pay attention to manifests. If you give your time and energy to a problem you will have a problem. If you give your time and energy to something productive you will have productivity. A distraction wants to stop your productivity. One of the definitions of a distraction is “extreme agitation of the mind or emotions.”
A distraction can and wants to manifest itself. It wants to be made real. The realness of a thing stems from its seriousness. A distraction pretends to be serious so that it can be made real by capturing your focus. Have you ever noticed that a distraction tends to come up while you are doing something important to you? Distractions try to steel your focus while you are focusing.
