Get Your Mind Right Book Summary
Get Your Mind Right is about how you need to nurture your relationship with reality. When considering what kind of book I could write, I only thought of this concept. The process of getting your mind right is a lived experience. Some may call it being red pilled or escaping the matrix. It’s when the blinders are off and you can see the world for what it actually is as it relates to you. The people, places, and things in your life can have a commanding influence over you. For me, how what’s in this book materialized itself is from me deciding that I didn’t want what my life was offering.
I endured a process of rejecting the things that were rejecting me. To arrive at this place I had to understand that was the dynamic happening to begin with. Get Your Mind RIght starts by helping you remove the veil. The first chapters are about how you can see the world differently and better relate to some of your experiences. I illuminate the reader’s mind and thinking by discussing the power of words, the importance of belief, a framework for life, and the importance of discerning external and internal factors.
From there, the next part of the book is about making this process real for the reader. Now that you know what getting your mind right means as told by this book, the next thing I focus on is giving practical examples of how your thought process about certain things impact you. I share personal stories that maybe you can relate to, or at the very least can glean insight from. I talk about the science behind my theories. I also share how to apply scientific principles practically. Throughout these chapters of the book I also draw connections and make correlations with some of the broader influences in the world.
The end of the book focuses on results. As you go through this journey I want you to walk away from the experience better than you started. This book will have done its job if it becomes a valuable resource in your human development. I encourage you to adapt skillsets, be guided by faith, and align yourself with authenticity. Becoming better has several components and this part of the book talks about integrating yourself and or becoming whole.
