Have you ever been fired up and committed to a cause? You’re super engaged and proactive to see the completion of a thing, so much so that you actually meet your goal. Have you ever met a goal that you had before? In meeting that goal or seeing that cause come to fruition you may have likely encountered a “what’s next” moment. What do you do after you’ve done what you wanted to do? This can be a challenge for some people particularly if that goal or cause was high commitment and or part of a larger movement or group.

In a way America and to a lesser degree, the world, is experiencing something like this right now. Personally, I am in a place where my book “Get Your Mind Right” comes out in a week and I am trying to put the pieces together myself, of what I am going to do next. America just had its presidential election, the republicans won, and they are on to the next step in their process of figuring out what their government is going to look like, in at least the next two years, but ultimately over the next four years and maybe beyond. The democrats just lost the national election, and they are wading their way through a period of tumult.
