As I consider the structural and organizational future of business in America and around the world there is a non-dismissible call to action that says, what am I going to do about it? Not in a conflictive way but in a man in the mirror sort of way. How can life with Ken do its part to ensure the future of humanity as it relates to wealth, prosperity, and fulfillment? Life with Ken is still up and coming as it relates to the scale at which it operates as of the publishing of this article (it’s good to be back by the way), but all that means is, now is the time that I should be thinking about the role we can play in the business sector.
As I cast this vision let me start with a bit of background and what I don’t want to do. Sometimes knowing what you don’t want is at least half the battle and just as if not more important than knowing what you do want. The foundation of my prudence towards business comes from my time in the insurance industry. While I learned a lot in that space it conclusively wasn’t the career path for me. While I can’t say that I would have done things differently, one of the key formative lessons I learned was that I need to build a coalition.
