Are You Willing to Do What it Takes?
Life can be a fight. It is advantageous to be ambidextrous. Know how to operate in all situations and how to use your arsenal of skills. Sometimes things do not get better unless you make them better. Your breakthrough is in your adaptability. Adjust the way you play. Not everyone is good at everything. Do what you do well.
You need to change your approach. You’re not less effective you’re misappropriated. In life you can do the right thing in the wrong place. There is growth in convergence. Do not segment your life-unify it. Apply the best of yourself to every situation. You are the you that you say you are. You can be as good as you want to be if you want to be that good.
If you find yourself plateaued and do not like where you are, lean on your strengths. What makes you the boss? What makes you the head person in charge? Your best qualities get you out of underwhelming circumstances. If you can will it you can do it, but are you willing to do what it takes?
The whatever it takes option often is the most radical. The effort and or resources necessary for you to take the whatever it takes option is normally a lot. Doing whatever it takes can be a risk. Is your dream worth the risk? Is your peace worth it? What about your family? Being successful can be one of the biggest risks you take in your life. The next level is always an option and never a demand.
You do not have to excel to be successful. The amount of success you get is sometimes linked to what you are willing to do for it. Real success is a fight. If you are not born into it life is not going to give it to you. Just because it’s available does not mean it’s a handout. Are you willing to go the extra mile to reach the level of success that you want?
Stay late at work. Make decisions for yourself. Trust your gut instinct. Have trustful and confidential consultants. Invest your cash into you. Capitalize on what makes you great and become great. Stop saying what you would do for other people, or what you would like people to do for you and start talking about what you are doing for yourself.
Rise up out of mediocrity. Do not be afraid. Be yourself.
